Bill Goldman is an Assistant Professor of International Studies at the University of San Francisco, where he teaches courses on world history, diplomacy and democracy. He has also taught at the University of California, Berkeley and at Stanford University, and is a former research fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a trustee of the Walter and Elise Haas Fund, and a Founding Trustee of the Richard W. Goldman Family Foundation. He received a BA in history from Yale University, and a Ph.D in European history from UC Berkeley.
