   Noga\, a former IDF sergeant raised partly on the American East Coast an
 d partly on the Israeli West Coast\, holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineerin
 g and Management\, and an MBA in Non-Profit Marketing and Management. She 
 lives in Israel with her husband and three children and serves as Director
  of External Relations and Program Development at BINA-Center for Jewish I
 dentity and Hebrew Culture.</p>\n<p style='text-align: justify\;'><strong>
 About Ariel Levinson:</strong> Ariel Levinson is the co-founder of the sec
 ular yeshiva in Jerusalem. He was born and raised in Jerusalem\, and teach
