At the request of then Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, she served as special legal advisor for the government and author of the Sasson Report on settlements and illegal outposts in the Palestinian territories. She serves on several boards including the New Israel Fund (NIF) and the Council for Peace and Security. She is a member of the Geneva Initiative’s steering committee.
