Over 100 people gathered in New York on Monday, July 18 for a screening of Mohammad Bakri's film "Since You Left" ("Min Yum Mahrucht"), followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker. Bakri, an Arab citizen of Israel and renowned actor, discussed his personal struggles and his efforts to promote coexistence between Arabs and Jews in the difficult years since the outbreak of the second intifada in 2000.
