Silent Auction Rules and Regulations
Bids must be at least the amount of the minimum bid and placed in increments provided.  In the event of a tie (two or more bidders both wishing to place final bids at the close of the auction), the bidder will each give their secret final bid to the staff person at the auction and the highest bidder wins.

Auction purchases are tax-deductible for the amount that the purchase price exceeds fair market value of the item.  NIF assumes no risk, liability, or responsibility for any of the items included in the auction.  NIF is not liable and exchange or refund will not be offered for events cancelled or rescheduled.

Unless otherwise specified, all items must be used or picked up within one year of September 18, 2008, and dates and times are to be determined at the mutual convenience of donor and purchaser.  All sales are final.

When cashing out the evening of the New Generations Benefit 2008 (9/18/08), payment may be made by cash, credit card, or check.  Winners are responsible for picking up all items.
