Legacy Giving

Meet NIF’s Legacy Society Members:

Lois and Richard (z”l) Gunther

photo of Lois and Dick GuntherOur first trip to Israel was in 1959. We have lost count of how many visits since then, it must be well over 50. Social justice is the issue that is the most common basis for our Tzedakah. The non-profits we support annually are some we have included for donations in our estate planning, and NIF is prominent among them.

In the 1970s we served 7 years as members of the Board of NIF, and have been members of its International Council since its founding.

We would like to see an Israel that lives up to its Declaration of Independence. A democratic Israel with equality for all citizens, religious freedom, economic justice and human rights for all. We believe NIF promotes positive change in all of these areas.
